The Chicago Bears have one mantra since Matt Nagy came in as Head Coach, get explosive players. This off-season has been no different in collecting explosive talent, Marvin Hall JR being the latest addition.  Hall is starting to come into his own, now in the NFL. Out of Washington University he didn’t light up the stat sheet, but everything he did was explosive. That’s why Oakland brought him in as an undrafted free agent. He then signed over at AZ, then was brought into Atlanta where he landed himself on the 53 man roster last two years. Hall has been a dynamic Kick returner for the Falcons as well as making the most of his snaps on offense. When he was activated to the 53 man roster for the first time in his career, his first play was a 40 yard dynamic catch for a touchdown

Marvin will fit like a glove with Matt Nagy and the offense this season, especially since he’s starting to hit his stride. But, the man licking his chops is Bears Special Teams coach Chris Tabor. The Bears struggled to find a kick return game last year. Now, with additions of Hall and Patterson, That will likely all change. Look for the Bears to go from one of the worst kick return teams in 2018, to the best if not close.
